What is tenant referencing?
Tenant referencing is the process of checking the potential suitability of an applicant for a landlord's property.

The process involves checking a tenant's ID, credit, residential history, income and affordability
How easy is Vouch to use?

Vouch is one of the most user-friendly referencing platforms on the market.

 

As a new customer, our dedicated Customer Success team will train you on how to use the platform and process your first reference. We also have weekly refresher webinars if you need some extra help.

 

As a Core+ customer, you'll also have your dedicated Account Manager on hand to deal with any queries.

How is Identity Document Verification Technology (IDVT) used at Vouch?
Vouch's IDVT service is offered as an add-on to our current referencing checks, working to
save time spent on conducting Right to Rent checks, providing reassurance through our
accredited provider, Credas - all whilst being a seamless part of the application process.
Is there a minimum commitment?

Vouch has a minimum referencing commitment of 96 references per 12 calendar month period.

This can be either as a monthly rolling plan or as a yearly contract.

Are Vouch references eligible for Rent Protection

Referencing for Vouch is eligible for Rent Protection services for both Core and Core+.
