How do I order a company credit report?
To request a company credit check, navigate to the 3 white dots in the top right-hand corner.
Click on ‘Useful Resources’ and then ‘Order company credit report’.
You will be asked to provide the company name, registration number and the email address you need the report to be sent.
A Company Credit check will deduct 4 credits from your account.
Once Vouch has completed the report, a copy will be emailed to the provided email address.

You may have gone onto one of your applications and seen that the adverse credit section is medium risk and hasn’t actually found any examples of credit data for the person specified.
There can be numerous reasons as to why no credit information can be found for a tenant. These can range from tenants inputting information incorrectly to no information being found at a tenant’s provided address history.
As these differ from application to application you will need to contact us directly on 0330 333 7272.

You can download a tenant reference report at any time during the referencing process, however, we would recommend waiting until the application is 100% complete as some information may change.
You just need to click on the applicant’s name, then the ‘Download Report’ button in the top teal section. The report will then open in a new tab and you can save it to your computer there.
You should note that guarantor reports are included appended to the bottom of the tenant’s report.

All the information that is available to you with regards to any adverse credit is what is also available to us. Due to this you will need to provide the tenant with the case number as they will need to contact Equifax for more information.
If an applicant wants to investigate specifically what the CCJ is referring to then you should provide them with the case number and they will be able to follow the instructions in the link below to find out more about the case.
