How can I resend a reference request?

In order to resend a reference request, you will need to navigate to the relevant section of the application. From here you will see a series of icons next to the reference section. Once this has been located you will need to select the 3rd icon (looks like a letter) to resend a reference request.

How can I change a referee’s email address?

In order to amend the referee address you will need to navigate to the relevant section of the application. If this has not been completed you can edit this by selecting the first icon by this request. If this has been completed you will need to reject the current employer reference. This will prompt the tenant to provide the details for this referee and a new request will be sent out once completed.

If you have been sent an employer reference you can add this directly to the tenant’s application from your dashboard by navigating to the relevant section and selecting the icon to ‘open reference’. Using the information in the reference provided you can complete this section from there.

Currently the system only accepts one employment reference at a time. If you have the details for an additional employer reference can you please send these through to us on support@vouch.co.uk and we can get a new request sent out from there.

My tenant is a student, why aren’t they asked for…

My tenant is a student, why aren’t they asked for…

As the tenant has stated they are a student the system will not require for the tenant to have an employment/landlord reference. If you need this requirement for the reference you can add this directly from your dashboard.
