When you’ve reached the supporting documents section if you click the ‘+’ at the bottom of your screen you can add additional documents all at once. If you’d like to upload any additional payslips and you can’t get back into the supporting documents section then please can you contact us on support@vouch.co.uk so that we can get this section reopened for you.

If you’re paid weekly then we will just require one payslip from each of the last three months or your most recent bank statement showing this incoming amount.

If you need to include additional documents in your application and have used all the allotted spaces in the ‘Additional Documents’, you can email the documents to docs@vouch.co.uk and Vouch will upload them to your application.
Make sure to include your VCH reference number in the subject line and leave the body of the email blank.

If a document is not available for a temporary address can you please provide proof for a recent address that you stayed at within the last 3 years while also informing your estate agent about the situation.
