There are a few ways you can add Rent Protection Insurance on Vouch. 

The easiest is by clicking on the Rent Protection icon on the application on your dashboard.

This will open up a form with the property and tenancy details for that application pre-populated, you will just need to complete the form to submit the policy request. 

Alternatively, when approving an application, you’ll be given the option to add Rent Protection in the final confirmation page. 

To get to this page, you need to open the application and, using the arrows in the bottom right hand corner, navigate to the ‘Decision time’ page and confirm the application.

Submitting this page when the toggle is set to ‘Yes - take me to the purchase now’, open up a form with the property and tenancy details for that application pre-populated. 

Finally, you can also add Rent Protection Insurance from your dashboard’s header. Click ‘Add Rent Protection’ to open up the policy request form, and enter the relevant details before submitting.

It’s important to always check that all applicants in the application meet the eligibility criteria before purchasing Rent Protection Insurance.
